Each person’s experience will be unique and different.
Follow your own unique journey into fitness and health from here on out. It depends on whether you are in your 20’s or 30’s. If you are in your 20’s, be careful about doing any type of heavy lifting unless you have trained your body to handle it and trained your heart and lungs to handle it as well as possible.
One tip would be to not be too hard on yourself if you mess up. It’s ok to mess up, you just need to know how to fix it. If you mess up once, you can always train harder and make it through the next time, and the time after. You’ll be able to do it. I guarantee it. Fitness is something that everyone should try to get involved in as early as possible. As you make changes in your life, you will need to work out to reach your goals and live the life you truly desire.

It’s a fact of life that when you change your lifestyle you will lose some weight, feel stronger and healthier. You are right, but you’re also giving advice that does not apply to everyone. For example, if you are 30-45, you can lift more weight than if you are 40-65. However, you need to lift weights and perform a workout regimen that works for you. If you have never lifted weights, you may be better off starting with lighter weights. If you had never lifted weights but are 40, you need to find a workout program that will work for you. I have been lifting weights since I was about 14 but I also train with the jump rope. I like to lift weights, I like to lift heavy, but I don’t see myself doing it a whole life. When I am older I probably am only able to jump rope.
